Pollen

Pollen is a superfood that is loaded with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.  It's our morning Vitamin pill - but on a spoon.  This is the bees protein source as well as all the other goodness.  Can be put on salads, smoothies etc.  Just don't heat it.  This pollen is fresh so needs to be kept in the freezer.

Our honey comes from the Waterloo county region.  We keep our hives on 3 organic yards or farms.  The honey is unpasteurized so you get the maximum health benefit and flavour!
